The European Mesh Hub is a federated network. Our private Discourse space is reserved strictly for the stewards who manage, organize, and support country-level or major macro-regional Meshcore organizations.

Verification Criteria

Before applying, please ensure your organization meets our baseline criteria for continental alignment:

Geographic Scale:
Your association operates at a national level (e.g., covering Switzerland, the UK, etc.) or handles a distinct, large-scale macro-region without an existing national framework.
Active Status:
You have an active digital presence (website, matrix space, forum, or discord) where local city collectives within your borders can find you.
Caretaker Mindset:
You agree to collaborate transparently with stewards from other nations on macro-network settings—such as managing "Region" variables—to ensure cross-border interoperability.

The Vetting Process Workflow

What happens after you submit?

Review Phase:
Existing EMH stewards review your application. We may reach out to your listed public contact channel to verify identity.
Directory Onboarding:
Upon approval, your association will be added directly to the public Hub Directory on europeanmeshhub.org.
Discourse Activation:
You will receive an automated invitation link via email to activate your account on community.europeanmeshhub.org with full Steward-level trust permissions.
