What Happens Next?

Here is exactly how your application moves through our decentralized verification framework:

Step 1: Peer Notification & Initial Review

The objective:
Existing continental stewards review your stated geographic scope and association details to confirm alignment with our Tier 2 (National/Regional) umbrella model.

Step 2: Verification & Trust Validation

  • What happens:
    A steward may reach out directly to your listed public digital presence (e.g., your Matrix space, website contact form, or regional Discord) to confirm your identity as an authorized representative of the association.
  • The objective:
    We protect the integrity of the Discourse coordination space by ensuring every voice truly speaks for an active, verifiable regional community.

Step 3: Registry Update

  • What happens:
    Once your peer review passes, your association's metadata is added to our Hub Registry.
  • The objective:
    Your network will officially appear on the interactive map and public directory of europeanmeshhub.org.

Step 4: Discourse Invitation Dispatch

  • What happens:
    A secure, single-use invite token is minted and dispatched to your verified Steward Email.
  • The objective:
    Clicking this link grants you immediate access to forum.europeanmeshhub.org with full Steward trust privileges, opening the door to continental policy and region-scoping discussions.
